If you are looking for OE quality rear upper and lower control arm hardware without breaking the bank, then this complete mounting kit from NPD is sure to get you back on the road in no time. This kit from NPD features (8) OE style hex head flange bolts (4 Upper versions & 4 Lower versions) as well as (8) OE style hex head top lock / distorted thread flange locking nuts. Both the bolts and the nuts in this kit are a 10.9 grade hardware the same as factory, and both the bolts and the nuts are finished in a similar black phosphate finish that was used. So if you are looking to get you Foxbody or SN95 Mustang back in working order, or if your original hardware is rusted or just missing. Installation Note:

This OE Style mounting kit will work for all 1979 thru 1998 Mustangs. They are designed to be a directly replacement for all those year. See Restoration note below for a more in depth look at this kit.

This kit is designed to be used on 1979 thru 1998 Mustang only. It features the correct M12 size bolts and nuts that were used from the factory. This kit also features the correct 80mm length upper control arm bolts as well as the correct 100mm length lower control arm bolts. Ford used the same mounting nuts for both upper and lower.

Restoration Note:

This mounting kit for 1979 thru 98 Foxbody and SN95 Mustangs is labeled as OE style hardware due to it offering as close to original style hardware as possible. This kit features the correct hex head flange bolts that were used from 1979 thru 1998. As well as the correct top lock / distorted thread flange locking nuts that were used in those years as well. Both the bolt and the nut are finished in a similar black phosphate coating that was used from 1979 thur 1998. So if you are looking for the closest OE style hardware for your 1979 thur 1998 Mustang this is the kit for you. Note some 94-98 Mustangs did feature a top lock nut in a silver finish but most featured black phosphate.

This mounting kit will not work for 1999 thru 2004 Mustang because starting in 1999 Ford increased the size of the lower control arm bolts to a M14 Hex head flange bolt.
