PAD SET, FUEL TANK, OE STYLE, INCL (4) CORRECT STYLE RUBBER PADS W/ ADHESIVE BACKING, REPRO DESIGNED TO INSTALL ON THE TOP OF YOUR ORIGINAL OR REPLACEMENT STYLE FUEL TANK AND REDUCE THE METAL TO METAL CONTACT WITH THE BODY OF THE CAR

Whether you are replacing your original gas tank with a new unit or cleaning up your original factory gas tank, replacing or adding factory style fuel tank pads is a must. These pads are designed to reduce the metal to metal contact with the top of the gas tank and the underside of your SN95 Mustang. This metal to metal contact could not only increase interior cabin noise but also damage the top of your fuel tank. This fuel tank pad kit is based off original patterns and is designed to install right in the factory location. These units feature a adhesive backing to make installing as easy as possible. SO if you are working on your fuel system and want to make sure it goes back as close to factory as possible, look at picking up a set of these fuel tank pads from NPD today!

Installation Note:

Before installation make sure that the surface of the top of the fuel tank is cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or some other cleaner that does not leave any residue. Making sure the tank if free from grease or oils will ensure that these pads stick properly.

Note:

This set includes (4) unique style of pads that are designed to fit 1998 thru 2004 fuel tanks. Some 1998 tanks may have used the (3) pieces set. See NPD part number M-9B213-2AK for 1997 and earlier style.
