This 1987-1993 Console cup holder panel is designed to be a direct replacement for your factory unit. It has many of the original features like a OEM style parking brake boot, OE mounting locations as well as factory style grain and texture.
Now even with all those original features this unit also has two cup holders with step downs that will hold a variety of cups or bottles from regulars to extra large and makes a great cell phone holder as well. It also includes covered 12V power socket and dual USB power ports (5V 1.3A) as well as a special wiring harness that plugs directly into the existing lighter wiring connector for a no cutting wire installation. It also features the correct cutout for your factory power mirror switch and is offered in the original Smoke Gray color but can be painted to match any factory interior color.
Please Note: For cars without power mirrors a switch hole cover ( Seen in the pictures) is sold separately. Approximately only 10% of factory Mustangs came with manual mirrors and need this cover.

Of course the color is not 100% but my interior is opal gray. I did rewire mine so the leds and the usb jack will only have power when the parking lights are on so they don’t stay on and drain the battery.
