Restoration Note:
In 1968, some El Camino models assembled between late March and the end of April actually got Buick, Oldsmobile or Pontiac black interiors! By checking the trim tag on your firewall (this interior option would be used if your tag has "766-223" under the trim number), you can determine if your El Camino model got this unique interior.
