This replacement style rear wheel hub bearing is designed to get your 1999-2004 Mustang Cobra IRS back in proper working order. These bearings over time can become worn out or damaged and create excessive road noise at speed or even unwanted rear wheel movement or wiggling. These units are based off the original E9DZ-1215-A or F1SZ-1215-A Ford part number to ensure a proper fit and install. They feature a 2.992 outside diameter, 1.654 inside diameter as well as a 1.535 width. Each unit is fully sealed on both side with metal shields to ensure a long lasting life. So, If you are looking to replace your rear axles on your Cobra or are having trouble with additional wheel movement look at picking up some of these bearing from NPD today!
Installation Note:
This new unit are designed to fit either the RH or LH side. It is recommend that you replace these unit together to ensure proper working order. Two unit will be required.
These units do not include the correct retaining ring for proper installation. See NPD part numbers N803955-S for correct retaining ring.
Note:
This unit will also work on any 1979-2004 Mustang that features a 99-04 Cobra IRS rear axle swap.
