This gasket 9276-1 is to thick to fit on my fuel sender compared with the old one. On checking part # again on packet it has another # FM-EF005 for Mustang M 65-73 is this correct ?

looked several places locally, one local parts store said they had, ordered for curbside pickup, drove all the way across town, waited 20 min and they finally came out and said they did not have. went to another store and they said they could not get. I should have known, buy from NPD, get what you want, shipped to door , and is the correct part. Installed and no leaks. Good since it is for gas tank, not a good thing if it leaks.
